AccorHotels to open London ibis Styles hotel
AccorHotels will open a new ibis Styles hotel in London in January.
The 85-room ibis Styles London Gloucester Road has been signed under a management agreement with P I Hospitality Management Limited.
AccorHotels will manage a full refurbishment programme of the hotel including fitting all rooms with Ibis Sweet Beds.
The restaurant, bar and welcome areas will also be refurbished to ‘bring an ibis Styles design-led identity, while retaining the individuality and charm of the hotel’
The opening will bring the ibis brand portfolio to 106 hotels in the UK and AccorHotels’ total UK & Ireland portfolio to 235 properties.
Thomas Dubaere, chief operating officer of AccorHotels UK & Ireland, said: "It’s great to work with a new partner in UK, after working with us in the Asia-Pacific region, underlining our position as the biggest hotel management company in UK. The new ibis Styles will complement our existing portfolio and strengthen our London offer."
