A visit to Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Magic in Dover on July 30 is among a list of training events lined up by the Association of Cruise Experts.
Other ships include Discovery, the ship operated by Voyages of Discovery for those looking for adventure, and the new Celebrity Eclipse which also features during the ACE UK Cruise Convention in Southampton in June.
There are 80 ship visits at ports including Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Guernsey and Southampton.
Five ACE Cruise Expos have been planned for travel agents to gain face to face training and offered networking opportunities with cruise lines.
These are tailored for agents who are both new to cruise and those who are already experienced, according to ACE.
The first Expo on May 18 at the Birmingham Council House will specialise in luxury, river and niche cruising.
The following Expo on June 10 in Newcastle and will look at practical advice and guidance on increasing cruise sales.
A further three Expos are planned for later in the year.
ACE director Flo Powell said: “We know there is strong demand for cruise knowledge as more than 5,354 agents undertook online ACE training in the last year.
“We are continually expanding our training portfolio and ship visits and Cruise Expos compliment perfectly our online resources.”
