Affordable takes on sales manager
Affordable Car Hire has recruited Abbey Thomas as sales manager.
Thomas has had a long career in trade sales, most recently as sales director at Kiss Flights, which failed earlier this year.
In her new role, she will report to new managing director designate Kevin Hall.
Her focus will be on trade relations, with specific targets to expand the number of independent agents working with the company and to further develop existing relationships with supporting agents.
She said: “There are fewer and fewer companies with sales teams on the road now and I believe that independent agents like to support independently owned companies. I’ll be out and about, talking to those agents very soon.”
