Agents to see – and sell – the Lite
SINGAPORE – JetLite, Jet Airways’ all-economy subsidiary
carrier, has added its domestic network to Jet Airways’ global (domestic and international) route network, via a code-share between the two carriers.
JetLite’s domestic network will be available for sale under the Jet Airways’ code (9W) for tickets purchased in all international points across the globe.
The partnership will enable both carriers to boost online connectivity with a higher presence on global GDS screens.
This process was initiated with the migration of JetLite to Jet Airways’ reservations platform in September 2008.
Overseas passengers travelling to India will have access to lower fares, through check- in and baggage check-in facilities and frequent flyer benefits, in addition to seamless connectivity between both carriers, across India and several international destinations in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
