AIME targets buyers with special offer
Prospective buyers looking to join the Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo’s (AIME) Hosted Buyer programme in 2013 are being offered a 10% ‘Early Bird’ registration fee discount for all applications submitted before October 26.
The 21st anniversary AIME, to be held February 26-27 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), is expected to attract an estimated 800 international exhibitors.
Buyers can receive a range of exclusive benefits only available to those in the Hosted Buyer programme, including flights, accommodation, pre-touring itineraries in regional Victoria and access to AIME’s Hosted Buyer lounge and networking programme.
Hosted Buyers will also receive personalised Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSAs), which allows them to meet with the exhibitors they are interested in doing business with.
AIME has signed a partnership with travel management company, Bay Travel, to organise travel arrangements for its 2013 Hosted Buyer programme.
Buyers who wish to apply for Hosted Buyer status or want more information about AIME 2013 should visit www.aime.com.au
