Air India adding US flights
Air India is adding flights to the US.
It will increase flights from Mumbai to San Francisco and New York, and fly three times weekly from Bengaluru o San Francisco.
To increase US capacity the airline is leasing 30 more aircraft.
It signed lease agreements for 25 Airbus narrow-body and five Boeing B777 wide-body aircraft.
The wide-bodies will enter service by March 2023.
It will allow Air India to offer premium economy on long haul flights for the first time.
