Air New Zealand extends Sabre partnership
Air New Zealand has renewed its global distribution partnership with Sabre.
The agreement sees Air NZ content distributed to thousands of Sabre-connected agents globally.
Agencies in Australasia will also get Air NZ’s preferential content through the Sabre marketplace.
"As we look to further ramp up domestic and eventually international operations, it’s vital that customers have choice and flexibility in booking through their preferred channel. The value of our travel agency partners cannot be underestimated," said Andrew Dale, Regional General Manager Sales & Alliances, Air New Zealand.
Travel agents and corporations will have uninterrupted interactive access to the airline’s branded fare offers and ancillaries, says Rakesh Narayanan, Sabre’s Vice President, Regional General Manager, Asia and Pacific.
"Sabre is deeply committed to bringing the travel ecosystem together so that all parties can realise their goals, and this latest agreement demonstrates the very clear commitment of both organisations."
