AirAsia launching new Malaysia – Thailand routes
Budget airline AirAsia Thailand will resume cross-border flights linking Malaysia and Thailand starting next month. It is introducing three new routes in April and May.
On April 13 it launches flights between Penang-Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur-Hat Yai, and then Johor Bahru-Bangkok on May 3.
AirAsia also plans to increase the number of departures from Bangkok next month, complementing the current Kuala Lumpur departures operated by AirAsia Malaysia.
