KUALA LUMPUR – Qatar Airways has upgraded its aircraft on the Doha-Kuala Lumpur-Bali route to an Airbus A330, which comes equipped with a fully interactive audio and video entertainment system.

The upgraded A330 also has 53 more seats than the A300 and offers passengers a wide choice of movies, television programmes and music,

The seven weekly services between Doha and Kuala Lumpur are served with this long-range aircraft non-stop. It also operates on all the four weekly flights on the Kuala Lumpur-Bali sector, which was launched in March this year.

Qatar Airways launched flights to Malaysia on December 2001 with three flights a week, which have been progressively increased to the current seven services.
