Airline to fly from London to Sarajevo
Flights will launch later this month from London Luton to Sarajevo, putting it back on the city break map.
The flights, by FlyBosnia, will be the first direct services from the UK to Sarajevo since British Airways scrapped the route in 2008.
Launching on September 24, FlyBosnia will fly three times per week on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays.
One-way flights will start from a promotional fare of £18.99 including fares and taxes.
FlyBosnia CEO Tarik Bilalbegovic said: "We can’t wait to introduce this exciting destination to the UK market. With three flights a week, I am sure that Sarajevo is going to become extremely popular as a city break destination – it definitely is a hidden gem in the heart of Europe."
