Airlines warn of flight delays tomorrow
Airlines are warning of possible delays tomorrow on flights to and from Portugal due to a general strike.
British Airways said its flights to Lisbon and Faro are planned to operate as normal, but there could be some last-minute delays.
EasyJet said the strike was likely to impact its flights through Faro, Funchal and Lisbon although flights to Oporto will operate as planned. The airline will update its website with further details later today.
Public transport in Portugal is also expected to be disrupted, so passengers are recommended to allow plenty of time to travel to the airport.
