Akasa Air delays launch

New Indian startup Akasa Air has pushed back its planned launch by a month. It had expected to launch in June 2022 but won’t receive its first aircraft until June. It will now start operations in July 2022, CEO Vinay Dube said.
Akasa Air plans on have a fleet of 18 aircraft by March 2023. Akasa Air signed a deal with Boeing to purchase up to 72 Boeing 737 Max planes.
