AmaWaterways confirms new ship
AmaWaterways has confirmed it will add a new ship to its European fleet next year.
The 156-passenger AmaSiena will join on July 1 2020, offering seven, 10- and 11-night itineraries along the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.
Echoing sister ships, AmaMora, AmaLea and AmaKristina. AmaSiena will feature connecting staterooms, generous personal space, luxury amenities and a variety of dining choices such as AmaWaterways’ signature regionally-inspired cuisine in the Main Restaurant and the wine paired tasting menu in The Chef’s Table Restaurant.
AmaWaterways president and co-founder Rudi Schreiner said: "The popularity of river cruising continues to rise, and with the introduction of AmaSiena, we’re happy to be bringing more of our brand of personalised, luxury river cruising to our guests.
"When she debuts in 2020, AmaSiena will feature the exceptional cuisine, variety of active shore excursions, world-class service and of course, some innovative touches that travellers have come to expect each time we introduce a new ship to our fleet."
Prices start from £2,584 per person for the seven-night Captivating Rhine cruise from Amsterdam to Basel on November 18 2020.
Flights and transfers are included in the price on bookings made before June 30 this year.
All AmaWaterways voyages include full board, drinks with meals, excursions and wifi.
