Ambassador Cruise Line buys second ship

UK cruise operator Ambassador Cruise Line is looking to expand, even before its maiden voyage.
It has purchased a second cruise ship, which sailed as AIDAmira.
It will receive extensive refurbishment and will be renamed Ambition.
It enters service in 2023.
AIDAmira has a 1,200 guest capacity and a theatre, casino, wellness centre, gym, two swimming pools and retail concessions.
It has two main restaurants and four bars and lounges.
Ambassador’s first ship Ambience launches in April 2022.
