Four Seasons Hotel Sydney has been named in the top three Best Pacific Rim Hotels in the annual Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, coming in as the top hotel in Sydney, which was also named best city in the Pacific Rim.

“To be consistently recognised by our guests in this way is a very fitting reward for our young team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney,” said Stephen Lewis, General Manager. “Through its 23 years of operation Four Seasons Hotel Sydney has become of the more decorated of all Four Seasons Hotels worldwide.”

The November issue of Condé Nast Traveler celebrates the 18th annual Readers’ Choice Awards. This year’s survey boasts the highest responses and scores ever in each category. With nearly 28,000 travellers voting, the lists show an even greater global variety and depth than previous years.

Of the 20 hotel and resort categories, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts had 14 properties nominated in a top three positions, a great deal more than any other hotel company. In particular top honours were won in six of the categories where the following properties were named ‘best in class’:

Best Resort Asia: Four Seasons Resort Jimbaran Bay, Bali
Best Resort Caribbean: Four Seasons Resort Nevis
Best Resort Canada: Four Seasons Resort Whistler
Best Resort Central/South America: Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica
Best Resort Pacific Rim: Four Seasons Resort Hualalai
Best Hotel Europe: Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul

Such accomplishment for Four Seasons follows on from the recent success of the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards, where Four Seasons Hotel Sydney was again placed as the best hotel in Sydney.
