Awarding EcoTrophea 2009

German Travel Associations (DRV) international environmental award, the “EcoTrophea” is one of the longest established awards in the German tourism industry.Since 1987 there have been 23 prizewinners from five different continents.
This invitation is aimed at people, groups, organisations, communities and companies which make a considerable contribtion to the preservation or imrovement of the eco-system and/or the preservation of biodiversity.
At the same time the focus is also on effective promotion of tourism offers in the corresponding destinations.
The prize-winners of 2009 will be invited by DRV to the associations annual conference in Egypt 03. December 2009.
Here the awards ceremony will take place in front of an audience including many highprofil figures. Guests include represantatives of the german and the international tourism industry,press and politics.
