Azerbaijan Airlines launching London Gatwick flights
Azerbaijan Airlines is adding London flights with a new three times a week service to Gatwick.
Gatwick flights are slated to begin in March 2024 to and from Baku.
AZAL is the latest mid-to-long haul carrier flying to Heathrow to add a London Gatwick flight option.
A number of airlines have been bolstering London flights with services to Gatwick due to lower airport fees and in some cases, a lack of additional slots at Heathrow.
The airline hasn’t officially confirmed the start date and frequency, which is reportedly to be on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
AZAL has expanded its network recently with new flights to Doha and Beijing.
