BA apologises for continuing baggage delays
British Airways says it is trying to ‘reunite people with their bags as soon as possible’ following baggage system failures at Heathrow on Saturday.
Many customers flying out of Terminals 3 and 5 are still waiting for their luggage.
TravelMole has been told passengers flying to Budapest on Saturday received their luggage yesterday, while a traveller to Thailand is still waiting.
BA said: "There are still a number of bags to be reunited with customers following the baggage system failure at Heathrow’s Terminals 3 and 5 on Saturday afternoon.
"Teams around the world are working hard to reunite people with their bags as soon as possible, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
"The baggage systems are operating normally."
