BA launches sales blitz to drum up 2021 bookings
British Airways has launched a sales blitz as it looks to stimulate short-haul travel, with more than one million seats available for under £40 each-way.
More than 40 European destinations are on sale for travel until December 2021, including Madrid, Berlin, Nice, Barcelona, Oslo, Krakow and Athens.
Bookings must be made by 26 January.
City break package prices have been slashed as a result.
British Airways Chief Commercial Officer Andrew Brem said: "With the year we’ve all just had, we know people are desperate for something to look forward to. These latest deals offer people a wide array of cheap flights to amazing European destinations, and with travel dates stretching all the way to December, there is plenty of choice for customers looking to get away."
