Bali hotel to be among best in world, says Capella
The Ayana Resort and Spa Bali will open sister hotel Rimba Jimbaran Bali in September this year.
"Under the same management of Capella Hotel Group, Rimba Jimbaran Bali will have 297 rooms and suites to expand on Ayana’s 368 rooms and villas.
The eight-hectare resort is located within Ayana’s 77-hectare grounds overlooking Jimbaran Bay.
Capella Hotel Group chairman Horst Schulze said the imminent opening of Rimba underscores the owner’s continued investment in the property.
"I have opened hundreds of hotels around the world, I’ve worked for the biggest names in the industry over a career of more than 50 years, so I’ve seen a lot of hotels, visited a lot of hotels, and I know how to spot a good hotel," said Schulze.
"This is not just a good hotel, this is truly a world-class hotel and right at the very top when we talk about the best resorts in the world."
A central feature of Rimba’s design is the one-hectare of multi-tiered swimming pools and expansive tree plantations, tropical flowers and organic fruit and vegetable gardens.
