Become an Expert! A Dubai Expert.
The Dubai Expert on-line Training programme provides, free of charge, training and regular information to people working in the travel industry in the UK and Ireland, to increase Dubai destination knowledge and selling power.
There are 18 modules divided into two levels. Following each module there are 15 questions to be answered with a pass mark of 75 per cent required to move to the next module.
In addition, Dubai Experts also receive ongoing communications and selling ideas through regular messages sent to their email account and featured on the Dubai Expert on-line message board.
Further benefits include:
Certificates: You will receive a Silver Certificate at the end of Level One and a Gold Certificate at the end of Level Two.
Visible Accreditation: On completion of both levels trainees receive a window sticker that certifies their status as a qualified Dubai Expert travel executive.
Referrals List: We will include qualified executives on a preferred-suppliers list which is sent to every public enquiry received by the DTCM UK & Ireland.
Dubai Experts that have completed all 18 modules of the online training are also eligible for consideration to attend the DTCM’s mega familiarisation trips to Dubai scheduled each year (conditions apply).
