Black Friday promotion begins
Black Friday deals are starting to emerge as the travel industry embraces the retail trend.
TUI UK is offering deals across all its brands with offers on selected TUI holidays, First Choice all-inclusive breaks and Marella Cruises for six days from November 22-27.
The travel giant said details are under wraps until midnight on Wednesday November 22 but promised holidaymakers ‘some sensationally good value deals’ from winter sun to summer beach, multi-centre breaks to cruise itineraries.
Deals will be available across all devices – mobile, app, desktop and tablet – with some exclusive to retail and online.
Anyone who books a holiday can also enter a competition to win the cost of their trip back.
Entry is automatic for all customers who book a Black Friday deal online or in store.
In the past few years, more and more UK travel companies have joined the Black Friday frenzy, when retailers offer discounts in a bid to generate sales.
Last year, Virgin Holidays, Club Med and British Airways and Fred Olsen all reduced prices for a limited time.
