The Black Tomato travel group has launched a new villa and holiday rental site as part of its Beach Tomato brand.

The new site, www.BeachTomatoVillas.com features over 3,000  properties and is powered by Pathway GDS, a B2B platform with an inventory of over 80k holiday homes around the globe.

It brings together brothers Tom Marchant, co-founder of Black Tomato and James Marchant, Pathway GDS co-founder.

Tom Marchant said: "Beach Tomato has established itself in a short space of time as a leading authority on all things to do with the beach and the final missing piece was being able to offer our customers a great selection of villas and holiday homes. "

His brother James added: "We’re really pleased to be working with the Beach Tomato team and obviously the family connection makes it all the better."

Black Tomato, the winner of the Best Travel Website (Epic Tomato), Travel Mole Awards 2011, was set up in 2005 specialising in ‘inspirational travel’. The Beach Tomato web-based business was launched in 2011.
