Blackpool-Prague added by Jet2.com
Budget carrier Jet2.com is adding a Prague route to its expanding network of flights from Blackpool Airport.
The service start on October 29 with four flights a week. Fares have gone on sale starting at £24.99 one-way including taxes.
The link to the Czech capital will be the airline’s ninth destination served from Blackpool and comes after the airline announced plans to base a third aircraft at the airport.
Jet2.com chief executive Philip Meeson said: “We’re initially starting with s four-times a week service, but as ever if there’s demand we will increase flights. We’ve already come a long way in a short time and we’re delighted to be announcing yet another fantastic route.”
Blackpool is one of six UK airports served by the airline which oeprates to 22 European destinations.
