Youtravel.com’s former national sales manager Andy Travis is joining accommodation provider Bluebookonline.

He is to become key account manager for the north of England and Scotland from May 1.

Prior to joining Youtravel.com he held positions as key account manager for Med Hotels and was national account manager at Cosmos Holidays’ subsidiary somewhere2stay.com.

Managing director Philip Read said: “Our support in the north of England and Scotland is extremely important to Bluebookonline and we are absolutely delighted Andy is joining us.

“He is well known to the trade in this area and has demonstrable and proven success working with the travel agents and wholesalers. We are confident his abilities and existing agent relationships will add significant future growth to our trade sales.”
