Bollinger goes to Staging Connections
Staging Connections has announced that Karen Bolinger will be joining them as Director of Marketing for Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific, starting on 2 July, 2007.
Karen’s responsibilities will include driving the Company’s marketing and sales strategies in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific and Karen will work alongside the National Sales Team and the Company’s General Managers to develop and implement marketing tools targeted to support and drive sales for the business.
She will also be responsible for developing relationships with industry groups and commercial clients and other Staging Connections businesses to develop and roll out effective marketing strategies, in addtion to working closely with the venue services team, whose services are rolled out within existing markets as well as throughout the region.
Michael Gardner, Chief Executive Officer of Staging Connections said, “Karen brings more than twenty years of industry experience to the position, as well as strong industry relationships and high level marketing skills, adding, “She has a real passion to make a difference to the company and we look forward to welcoming her to the role”.
Karen said, “I am thrilled to be taking on this position and look forward to growing the Staging Connections brand in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.”
During her career, Karen has worked as GM Marketing for the Sydney Convention and Visitors Bureau, as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Sheraton On The Park in Sydney and Director of Sales for the Renaissance Sydney Hotel.
