Bourne Leisure’s Lambert joins self-catering firm
Self-catering holiday homes business Blue Chip Holidays has confirmed it has appointed Bourne Leisure head of retail sales Allan Lambert as managing director.
He will replace Alan Taylor on March 28.
The company said Lambert has been appointed to spearhead its growth from 890 to more than 1,200 properties across the UK with the next two years.
"Allan is perfectly placed to enable the business to achieve these growth plans having held senior sales, marketing and commercial roles across Bourne Leisure working for the Butlins, Haven and Warner Leisure Hotels brands," said chairman Liam Gavin.
" Allan also brings with him excellent industry contacts as a Director of the Institute of Travel and Tourism, a Charity Ambassador for the Family Holiday Association, and having previously been Chairman of TIPTO – the Truly Independent Professional Travel Organisation."
