British Airways ‘agent for the rich and famous’ suspended
A British Airways worker responsible for looking after celebrities and Gold card holders has been suspended pending investigations.
Matthew Underwood has been described as a ‘special services agent’ helping the rich and famous to and from their flights.
But allegations have been made against him forcing an investigation by the airline.
Suspicions were raised when an entire flight was delayed for two customers, reports the Sun on Sunday.
A British Airways spokesman said: "We take any allegations of wrong doing very seriously, always investigate, and involve the appropriate authorities when necessary."
