British Travel Awards set registration deadline

Wednesday, 16 Jul, 2020 0

Travel companies have until 31 July to register for the 2020 British Travel Awards.

There are 85 categories, almost half of which will be graded by the size of the nominated company.

British Travel Awards CEO Lorraine Barnes Burton said: "We have decided to continue with the 2020 British Travel Awards to reflect the consumers’ desire to express their opinions on their favourite travel companies.

"Whether they have managed to travel in the past twelve months – or whether they have simply received great advice, customer service on refunds or help with changing bookings – the consumer always has an opinion on what is best about travel and the companies which serve them. This year more than ever travel companies going the extra mile deserve to be recognised."

Travel brands registering in two categories will receive a free additional award entry.

Winners will be announced at a virtual presentation on 14 December.

Consumer voting will commence on 6 September, closing on 22 November.
