Caesars Entertainment renames loyalty program
Caesars Entertainment has unveiled a newly revamped loyalty program complete with a new moniker.
Total Rewards is now known as Caesars Rewards from today, to leverage the brand name’s recognition.
Enhanced benefits and incentives will be offered across hospitality, entertainment and gaming.
Existing members will be automatically transferred into the new program and can pick up their new loyalty cards at any rewards center.
It features the same membership tiers – Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars.
"Guests know the Caesars brand and Caesars Rewards helps us strengthen that connection across our global network," said Caesars CEO Mark Frissora.
Guests will get new ways to earn complimentary stays and get access to special member events such as sporting events via Caesars Rewards partners, the company said.
Credits are earned through slot and table play, hotel stays, dining and entertainment purchases at more than 45 properties globally.
The loyalty mobile app and co-branded credit cards will be renamed in the coming weeks to refelect the new name.
The program has about 55 million members worldwide.
