The UK & Europe chapter of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation is gearing up to host its first live event since March 2020.
It is resuming the popular Caribbean golf day on Friday 9 July at Leatherhead Golf Club in Surrey.
Tech innovation company Babble Cloud Limited is the official sponsor along with headline destination Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc (BTMI).
Cricket Legend Sir Gordon Greenidge will lead the BTMI team; while other teams will include representatives of Casa de Campo Resort and Villas, Sun Group Hotels, Tobago Tourism Authority, St. Lucia Tourism Authority, Kuoni, Tropical Skies, Charitable Travel, Newmont Travel, Reed Exhibitions and Travel Bulletin.
CTO Chapter chairman, Colin Pegler said "The Chapter is renowned for hosting great business and networking events; golf is a great way to bring everyone together outside and have some friendly competition. It’s just the start of us getting back to our great events."
Additionally, the CTO chapter will host the Caribbean Showcase on 23 September 2021; bringing together suppliers and buyers for a day of panel discussions, one-to-one pre-scheduled business meetings, and a hosted three-course meal.
