Carnival Cruise Line UK office to close
Carnival Corp just revealed it intends to shut down its UK based Carnival Cruise Line office.
It is in discussion with Carnival Cruise Line team members in the UK having disclosed it will ‘sunset’ the operation from May 12.
It is in talks with staff about deploying them elsewhere in the group.
A spokesperson said: “After consideration of our strategic objectives for the UK, we have made the difficult decision to propose the closure of the Seavacations team in the UK.”
Other potential options for staff include P&O Cruises and Cunard.
“We are currently having individual conversations with the Carnival Cruise Line team in the UK to discuss potential future opportunities.”
