Cathay Pacific rolls out Whatsapp customer service in Hong Kong
Local customers of Cathay Pacific can now get answers to various airline service related queries via Whatsapp, round the clock.
The airline launched a dedicated 24/7 Whatsapp chat support service for Hong Kong residents.
It is available in English and Chinese.
Anyone with a +852 Hong Kong number can message the Cathay customer services team on +852 2747 2747 for ticketing, booking and loyalty member account enquiries.
The Hong Kong flag carrier has already rolled out Whatsapp customer service in India and the UK, although it is not 24/7 service.
The service will complement its other customer care channels such as email, phone calls, and social media.
