CCS enhances online booking service
Complete Cruise Solution has modified its website to enable agents to handle more aspects of bookings online.
The umbrella sales unit for P&O Cruises, Ocean Village and Cunard Line introduced a number of new elements to www.completecruisesolution.com
These include the ability to request a copy of booking confirmation; modify bookings to include bed configuration, dining sitting, table size and cabin number; cross reference bookings if passengers are travelling with or wish to dine with others; cabin upgrade amendments; address and contact detail amendments and booking cancellation.
Carnival UK sales director Giles Hawke said: “The modifications we have made enable agents to manage their customers’ online booking package entirely.
“This will reduce the amount of time spent liaising with our call centre over bookings, and increase the amount of time they can spend with their customers.â€
