Centara opens first Centara Mirage Resort in the Middle East
Thailand based Centara Hotels & Resorts expands its global resorts footprint this month with the opening of Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai on 14 October.
It says the new family-friendly destination is inspired by mythical Thai and Arabian adventures.
The new resort is a joint venture with developer Nakheel, creator of the award-winning Palm Jumeirah and the new Deira Islands waterfront city.
It is situated in a prime waterfront setting on the Deira Islands, overlooking the Arabian Gulf just 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
It offers 607 rooms and suites, ranging from Superior, Family and Mirage Rooms to Junior and Two-Bedroom Suites.
Mirage represents Centara’s themed family resort concept, focused on families.
The resorts comprise a water park, multiple kids’ clubs, a children’s spa, and the Mirage Family Lounge, a club lounge experience for all the family.
Children are kept entertained at three age-specific kids’ clubs, an outdoor playground and the Candy Spa children’s wellness zone.
The resort features multiple F&B and social venues including Suan Bua authentic Asian cuisine and a traditional Argentinian grill with its own wine cellar.
Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai is Centara’s first resort in the UAE.
"This marks another major milestone for Centara in 2021, following the opening of Centara Mirage Resort Mui Ne in Vietnam and Centara Reserve Samui, ," said Thirayuth Chirathivat, Chief Executive Officer, Centara Hotels & Resorts.
Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai becomes the third Mirage family-themed resort worldwide.
To celebrate the launch, Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai has an opening offer with rates starting from just AED 499++ per night, including daily breakfast.
Up to two children stay and dine for free when ordering from the kids’ menu.
