City Sightseeing taps TripAdmit for digital tipping service
Open-top bus, boat and walking tour company City Sightseeing has appointed TripAdmit as its global digital tipping software partner.
TripAdmit’s TipDirect digital tipping platform will be offered across the City Sightseeing Group present in over 100 cities globally.
TipDirect offers a secure and cashless way for guests to express gratitude to their guide or driver.
Guests will be able to tip guides directly from their mobile devices by tapping a card or scanning a QR code.
TipDirect’s AI automation will also assist them to generate a personalised review.
TipDirect has added new functionality, allowing City Sightseeing to upsell other tours and increase their social media following with the new Social Connect functionality.
