Club 18-30 adds Bulgaria capacity
Club 18-30 has added 25% more bedstock in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, after being overwhelmed by demand for the new destination.
Three hotels in the Black Sea resort are being featured by the youth operator for the first time in its summer 2006 programme starting in June.
Club 18-30 overseas director Paul Little said: “For 2007 we are not looking to add any additional Bulgaria resorts but we might look to further increase our capacity at Sunny Beach. It¹s still very much early days for this destination and while we are pleased with the demand so far, it will take a while to mature.”
He said a report on holiday trends by ABTA forecast that Bulgaria will be one of the fastest growing destinations.
Demand is being fuelled by the quality of the accommodation and value for money, he added. Lead-in price is £287 per person at the Kalofer Hotel, based on two sharing on a B&B basis, including flights from Gatwick on June 1-17.
