Club 18-30 horror show shown on Greek TV
Local police want to extradite workers who have returned to UK
The reputation of Club 18-30 continues to be dragged through the mire with the news that Greek police are seeking two of its reps after they put on a lewd stage show.
As reported, five representatives from the company face possible charges of indecent exposure and public vulgarity after indulging in sex games on a crowded beach in the Corfu resort of Kavos. All five (two men and three women) have now quit their jobs with Club 18-30 and are believed to have flown back to the UK but Greek authorities are reportedly keen to extradite them.
The embarrassment felt by many Britons has no doubt been exacerbated by the fact that footage of the incident – which was filmed by a local businessman and handed to police – has now been shown on Greek television.
While Club 18-30 has apologised “unreservedly” for the incident and has confirmed that all five workers have now resigned, the Daily Mail quotes an “insider” from the company as saying: “The damage will be minimal – we will probably see trips to Corfu increase, particularly by young lads.”
