Confident about 2014?
Based on the results of various industry surveys, things appear to be looking up a bit for the travel industry in 2014.
ABTA’s Travel Trends Report 2014, developed in association with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, has predicted cautious optimism in the holiday market for the year ahead with consumers continuing to holiday and planning to spend more than they did in 2013.
A survey by On the Beach also found a growing confidence in the holiday market, with more travellers planning trips.
But what do you think?
In our latest poll, we asked you the simple question: Confident about 2014 prospects?
And this is what you said:
70% ‘yes’
30% ‘no’.
