Contiki upgrades global booking system
Youth tour operator Contiki Holidays will launch a new global reservation system this month.
The new reservations system will provide agents with real-time access to inventory online.
Consultants will have up-to-the-second information and greater last minute booking capabilities through improved booking and confirmation facilities.
The new system will simplify the booking process and introduce user-friendly confirmations and invoices.
MD Tammy Marshall said: “We are committed to our trade partners and these developments mean simpler, quicker and more flexible booking options.”
