Couples and Sunset Resorts take action over Jamaica flights disruption
Couples Resorts and Sunset Resorts in Jamaica have announced that it will offer first night free on any extended stay to guests who have had their holiday dates affected by Air Jamaica terminating their daily Heathrow service to Jamaica from November 1, 2007.
The change in flights could mean some guests may have to extend their stay at a Couples or Sunset resort due to different airline schedules from the UK to Jamaica or depart from a different London airport. Couples and Sunset Resorts have taken the decisive action to offer any guest who has had to extend their duration dates due to Air Jamaica’s terminated flight by offering the first night of their extended stay free.
Also those guests who must change airline or departure date but are not required to change the duration of their stay – Couples Resorts and Sunset Resorts will upgrade guests to the next room category free of charge. All UK Tour Operators featuring these 2 hotel groups have been advised to inform their affected clients that there are now 2 great reasons to continue with their holiday plans.
About Couples Resorts, headquartered in Montego Bay, Jamaica, owns and operates four properties in Jamaica, West Indies – Couples Ocho Rios, the first-ever couples only, all-inclusive resort, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away and Couples Negril.
