Creative Holidays continues to roll out e-ticketing and e-documentation
Over the next fortnight five additional Creative Holidays destinations will make the transition from paper to electronic documentation, with the newest regions to be move to e-docs are Malaysia, Fiji, Bali, Vanuatu and Hawaii.
e-documents and e-ticketing mean there will no longer be a need to print and mail vouchers and tickets to agents for distribution to customers. The system produces full passenger documentation via an email including the itinerary and tickets.
This enhanced feature enables Creative Holidays to provide passenger documentation quickly and automatically, co-branded with the retail partners logo.
Andrew Yell, General Manager, Sales, Product and Marketing, Creative Holidays, said, “e-ticketing and e-documentation for international bookings is part of Creative Holidays’ continued commitment to increasing booking ease for agents. This initiative will speed up the finalisation process for travel consultants, and offer consumers confirmation and documentation that is more convenient than ever before”.
