Creative Holidays has released its 2006-07 South Pacific brochure which contains a range of tropical and cultural holiday options in Vanuatu, New Caledonia and Tahiti.

The brochure includes cruises, exclusive Mini Stays and a range of accommodation packages to suit all budgets and tastes from family resorts to luxurious properties suitable for a romantic break.

Andrew Yell, general manager, sales, marketing and product, Creative Holidays said, “The South Pacific continues to be popular with Australian travellers as it offers something for everyone, from romantic holidays in Tahiti to cosmopolitan holidays with a French feel in Noumea and family friendly holidays in Vanuatu.

“In 2005/06 our South Pacific program experienced growth of 35 percent and in 2006/2007 South Pacific brochure we’ve expanded and refined our product in line with this increased demand which we predict to continue in 2006/07.

“New products for 2006 are cruises with Princess Cruises aboard the Tahitian Princess and a variety of new accommodation options including the boutique Tamanua on the Beach in Port Vila, Vanuatu and the stylish Ramada Plaza Noumea in New Caledonia.

“Vanuatu has become increasing popular with Australian travellers over the past few years with a range of both affordable child free and child friendly resorts on offer.

“The advance purchase airfare structure has resulted in airfares to both New Caledonia and Vanuatu becoming comparable with those to Fiji and this will further boost interest in the destinations in 2006.

“Air Tahiti Nui’s introduction of direct flights from Sydney to Papeete has made this amazing destination easy to access and has already increased the popularity of Tahiti with Australian travellers, particularly honeymooners. Tahiti has also introduced more affordable accommodation options such as the great value Sofitel Maeva Beach in Papeete.”

Creative Holidays’ South Pacific brochure provides a comprehensive information source and research tool to help travellers plan their holiday and features information supplied by Lonely Planet.
