CSI Media Announce ISO 9001 Certification
CSI Media, a travel technology specialists based in Cheshire have announced that they are now an ISO 9001 Certified Digital Agency.
ISO 9001 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation.
CSI Media can demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems and processes they have implemented meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, CSI Media had to demonstrate their dedication and commitment to meeting their clients’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
Business Director of CSI Media, Richard Nash, said: "I am delighted that we are now ISO 9001 certified as this demonstrates to both our current and prospective clients that CSI Media are serious about delivering a quality service for all our products; travel website design, tour operator systems and bespoke travel software solutions."
Christian West, the Consultant who visited CSI Media, said "throughout the process CSI Media showed a great commitment to the ISO 9001 Standard and understood the benefits of gaining certification. They already had a number of good systems in place, requiring only a couple of additional processes to gain accreditation to the ISO 9001 : 2015 standard. The dedication to quality they have shown will serve them well going forward."
