CV Villas reports record-breaking January, plans US market launch

CV Villas has posted a record-breaking trading month in January and revealed ambitious expansion plans with launches in the US as well as Belgium and the Netherlands.

This comes after significant development to allow travel agents to book villas in EURO and USD, which will be launching soon.

This will also benefit UK based agents, should their overseas clients wish to purchase in another currency.

January saw a 16% increase in sales versus the same period in 2024, CV Villas says.

The villa company has also seen record-breaking trade sales for 2025 so far, reporting a 40% increase in trade bookings for the upcoming 2025 summer season compared to a year ago.

Likewise, for its ABOVE bookings, CV Villas’ hand-picked portfolio of luxury staffed villas, has seen an impressive 78% increase in trade bookings for the 2025 summer season.

Italy and Greece have spearheaded the bookings boost this January with a 39% increase for Greece and Italy up 33%.

Meanwhile Ibiza remains a favourite with the trade with 87% of CV Villas’ bookings to the island coming through its agent partners.

Pete Brudenell, Managing Director said: “We have had our strongest start to the year yet, which is a testament to our business development team and their focus on constantly improving our engagement with the trade.”

“It’s clear that the demand for travel and more specifically villa holidays are stronger than ever.”

To keep up with consumer demand, the company has added over 60 new villas to the 2025 collection, Brudenell said.

“We are excited to reach the next milestone with the plan to launch new trade markets this year including the US and Netherlands.”

“Having already seen such a high demand for summer villas this year, especially within the luxury space, we are very much looking forward to the year ahead,” he added.

The CV Villas team are keen to expand their relationships with key agents further.

The trade team will on the road in new areas targeted for growth in March and April including Scotland, Isle of Man and The Channel Islands.

Agents in those areas are recommended to get in touch with the business development team to arrange a meeting.
