Delta extends LA Lakers partnership

Saturday, 01 Nov, 2019 0

Delta Air Lines has extended its tie-up with the Los Angeles Lakers as exclusive airline partner.

To mark the extension, the airline is launching ‘Showtime Seat Exchange’

This gives Lakers’ season ticket holders the opportunity to swap tickets for four upcoming games for a flight.

It is valid for games against the Sacramento Kings, two games against the Denver Nuggets, and the Portland Trail Blazers.

A maximum of 50 tickets may be exchanged per game.

Fans gift the tickets which will be passed on to local charities and Delta will exchange it for a domestic roundtrip ticket voucher ‘to be used within one year from the date of issue.’

"The launch of ‘Showtime Seat Exchange’ allows our organizations to make a strong, aligned impact, connecting our community and customers through this unique program," said Scott Santoro, Delta’s VP of Los Angeles and West Sales.

Delta and the Lakers have been partners for almost a decade.
