Delta recruits new European sales chief
Farehk Jahangir, formerly with Virgin Holidays and eBookers, has joined Delta Air Lines.
He becomes vice-president of sales and affairs EMEA for the US carrier.
The former eBookers sales director will be responsible for supporting the airline’s international sales organisation, overseeing the Atlantic region.
During his time at Virgin Holidays, Jahangir was responsible for a 42% increase in sales via direct channels.
