Designate walks for mental health
Four members of the Designate staff based in Brighton will be walking 60 miles to raise money for MIND Charity.
MIND advocate for mental health well-being of communities around the UK and help to alleviate what has become an increasingly acute issue.
Within the travel industry there have many incidents when the illness has become too much to bear, resulting in tragedy.
Many of us have first-hand experience of mental health issues – either personally or through people close to us, so it’s a cause most are passionate about.
Designate are no exception to this.
Celebrating 30 years of business, much of which has been leading brand development within the travel industry, Amy, Angie, Ed and Jason are hoping to raise a minimum of £6,000 for the 60 miles between Winchester and Brighton.
They will be walking no matter what the weather.
One in four people in the UK suffer with mental health problems.
To support their Miles for Mind walk donate whatever you can .
