Guests will spend the first few days in Granada, visiting the town of Guadix, touring The Alhambra, sampling local food and wine in Pampaneira, and delving into the historic past of the city.
The Spanish tour guides provide background information at each of the visited sites, giving travellers an opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the history and culture of Spain.
On the journey to Ronda, the tour stops through Cordoba, to marvel at the incredible architecture of the Mosque of Cordoba and stroll through the Jewish quarter, before leaving for the next destination.
The stay in Ronda sees guests explore traditional Spanish homes, as well as experience a customary bull-fighting ring, leather crafting, local cheese making, and a Flamenco dancing show.
The city of Jerez de la Frontera is the next exciting destination of the tour, and exposes travellers to the dancing horses at the Royal Academy of Equestrian Art, as well as the history of wine, including a visit to one of Jerez’s wineries to sample the magnificent local wine.
The final few days of the tour include an amazing visit to Seville, where guests will be pampered with a tour of the city on a horse-drawn carriage, as well as a visit to the Cathedral, and then free time to spend the day in the beautiful city of Seville at leisure.
To finish the remarkable tour, there is a visit to a traditional country estate, where guests will be treated to a horse riding bull fighting exhibition (no blood), before ending the holiday with a flight home from Seville Airport.
