Disney Cruise Line cancels all May cruises
Disney Cruise Line extended its cruise pause by cancelling all May sailings aboard the Disney Dream and Fantasy.
It also cancelled sailings on the Disney Magic until 10 August.
The Disney Magic was due to spend the summer in Europe and based on the current schedule, the first sailing will be a 10-night Northern European Cruise on 18 August.
The Disney Dream and Fantasy were to sail out of Port Canaveral,
"As we continue to refine our protocols and await further technical guidance from the CDC, we are cancelling all sailings departing through May 2021," the line said in a statement.
"Given the likelihood of international borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, we have also made the decision to cancel Disney Magic sailings through 10 August 2021."
Disney Wonder’s sailings in Alaska have been cancelled through May and the line is ‘evaluating various options.’
"Once a decision is made, we will reach out to guests booked on these sailings," it said.
Guests booked on impacted sailings may opt for a Future Cruise Credit or a full refund.
